Browser storage

The site stores your sign-in, language and theme in your browser, and keeps the referral code and visit source for 30 days. Google Tag Manager is used for visit statistics.

Who we share data with

Only services the platform cannot work without: Resend for sending emails; Heleket for payments; Telegram for channels and notifications; TradingView for granting access by username; Google for visit statistics. We also disclose data when lawfully required by public authorities.

Retention

For as long as your account exists. After the account is deleted, only payment records needed for accounting are kept.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it or delete your account. Email support@updown.team from the address your account is registered with. We will reply within 30 days.

Security

The connection to the site is encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored in encrypted form, and only platform administrators have access to the data.

Changes

A new version of this policy takes effect on the date it is published on this page.
